  • Any reference to a natural person includes their heirs, executors, and permitted assignees, and any reference to a juristic person includes its affiliates, successors, and permitted assignees, unless the context indicates otherwise.

  1. Personal Information You Provide in Connection with the Use of the Platform:
    To ensure the successful delivery of your order, we collect Personal Information from you when you voluntarily provide it, such as when you place an order for our products or inquire about the Services we offer. We may need to share this Personal Information with Third Parties solely for the purpose of processing, purchasing, selling, and delivering your order, in accordance with the terms and conditions of such Third Parties or to comply with legal obligations.     We do not collect, store, or process Sensitive Personal Data or Information in connection with our Services on the Platform, except in accordance with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

    Generally, you can browse the Platform without disclosing your identity or any Personal Information. However, once you provide us with your Personal Information, you are no longer anonymous to us. We indicate which fields are mandatory and which are optional, and you always have the choice to skip optional fields.
    We may automatically track certain information about your behavior on our Website. These service providers, responsible for our vault and tokenization services as well as our payment gateway and processing, comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI).
