If any of the content results into loss , damage or dispute to any party due to content posted on our website , that would be the matter between concerned parties and Workcohol Solutions Private Limited cannot be considered as a party in dispute in whatsoever case , Workcohol.com is only a content display platform for various parties and does not hold any right on any content posted by any of our stakeholders (Candidates , Employer , Advertisers , Partners etc.) but if any party raised any objection on content on website , we hold the right to remove or delete the content from the website in whatsoever case without answerable to any party.
To access our Services and become a member, you must create an account on the Workcohol.com website (“Account”). Here are the eligibility criteria:

Additional/Paid Services:
For Candidates: The site provides free access, and Workcohol.com assumes no liability for the quality or authenticity of responses. We do not monitor responses received by individuals or companies. It’s the responsibility of the individual/company to conduct background checks on responses. Workcohol never requests payment from candidates for placements. We are not responsible for any transactions between job seekers and employers/consultants.
Ownership; Use of Services
Your Grant: We do not assert ownership over any Content you post on the Services. However, to provide our Users with the Services, we require certain usage rights to such Content. By posting Content on the Services, you grant us an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, copy, perform, display, create derivative works of, and distribute such Content. This license is non-exclusive, fully-paid, and royalty-free.
Third Party Content: The Services may include Content provided by us and our licensors (“Workcohol Content”). We own all proprietary rights in the Workcohol Content. We also own all property rights in the Services. As a User, you’re granted a limited license to download, view, copy, and print Workcohol Content for personal use only.
Ownership and Restrictions: You acknowledge that Workcohol.com and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Services (excluding User-provided Content). Refund Policy: Refund & Cancellation Policy: Corporates, Employers & Partners:
- No cancellation or refund will be provided once payment is made for an online package.
- Multiple payments for a single product can be refunded if notified within 7 days of the transaction.
Refund & Cancellation Policy: Candidates:
- Premium membership cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased.
- Multiple payments for premium services may be refunded on a case-by-case basis if notified within 7 days.
- Premium membership is non-transferable and non-extendable.
- Misuse of the job posting platform will result in no refund.
- Institute mail/call letter/SMS will not be approved unless they have internal hiring.
- KYC update is mandatory for all recruiters and Institutes, Jobs will be approved only after a successful KYC verification.
- Acceptable Use and Conduct
- Responsibility for Content: You are solely responsible for all Content posted through your Account on the Services and for your interactions with other Users.
- Prohibited Content: You agree not to post any Prohibited Content or use any Prohibited Content with the Services. Prohibited Content includes offensive, harassing, false, misleading, or illegal content, as well as content that violates intellectual property rights or promotes illegal activities.
- Representations Regarding Your Content: You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to post the Content you provide, and that it does not violate any rights or obligations. You also agree to provide accurate information in Job postings and advertisements.
- Enforcement by Workcohol.com: We may take enforcement action, including terminating your rights to use the Services, if you violate this Agreement or post Prohibited Content. We reserve the right to review and remove any Content that violates this Agreement or threatens the safety of Users.
- Lawful Use: You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Commercial solicitation and disruptive behavior are prohibited.
- No Disruption: You will not interfere with the Services or other Users’ experiences, including by covering advertisements, disrupting functionality, or using automated agents.
- Third-Party Websites: We are not responsible for Third-Party Websites linked to the Services. Use them at your own risk.
- Copyright Policy: We will terminate the membership of any User who repeatedly infringes copyright. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please provide the necessary information to our Copyright Agent.

- Disputes between users and Workcohol.com will be resolved according to Indian laws and are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kochi/Bangalore.
