Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Vendor Onboarding Executive with 0 to 1 year of experience to join our technology service provider platform. In this role, you will be responsible for the seamless onboarding of new vendors, ensuring they meet our platform's requirements and guiding them through the onboarding process. You will work closely with both internal teams and vendors to maintain high standards of service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying potential vendors through market research, networking, and outreach efforts to expand our vendor base.
  • Guide new vendors through the onboarding process, including registration, documentation submission, and account setup.
  • Ensure all vendor documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training to new vendors on how to use the platform, helping them understand features, tools, and best practices to optimize their service offerings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendors during the onboarding process, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor details, documentation, and status updates in the platform’s CRM or vendor management system.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as operations, legal, and finance to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance checks.
  • Identify areas for process improvements in the vendor onboarding experience and provide feedback to management.
  • Perform periodic follow-ups with vendors to ensure their successful integration into the platform and address any post-onboarding issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Ability to provide high-quality support and address vendor concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • High level of accuracy in data entry and attention to detail when handling vendor documentation.
  • Familiarity with online platforms, CRMs, and data management systems. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple vendors and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive in identifying issues and finding solutions to ensure smooth vendor onboarding.
  • 0 to 1 year of experience in vendor management, customer service, or administrative roles (internships or part-time work acceptable).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a vendor management role or working in a technology service platform.
  • Basic understanding of legal and compliance requirements in vendor contracts.
  • Familiarity with vendor management systems or CRM tools.
