Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Acquisition Specialist with an MBA in Marketing to join our growing business development team. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers looking to kickstart their career in sales and client relations. You will play a critical role in identifying and onboarding new clients, driving business growth, and contributing to the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, and marketing efforts, creating a pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Use various channels like cold calling, email marketing, social media, and networking events to generate leads and initiate contact with potential clients.
  • Present and pitch company products/services to potential clients, explaining how the offerings meet their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements, providing solutions, and offering excellent customer service.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for client acquisition.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up with prospects, schedule meetings, and provide timely updates on the progress of leads in the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems, providing regular reports to the Business Development Manager.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, and Operations) to align client acquisition efforts with overall business strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research to identify and qualify leads and market trends.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship experience in sales, marketing, or client acquisition (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with market research tools or sales CRM software.
  • Understanding of B2B or B2C sales cycles.
