Overview:

We are looking for a talented Generative AI Engineer with 3+ years of experience in building and deploying AI models to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing generative models (such as GANs, VAEs, and Transformers), a deep understanding of machine learning principles, and the ability to create intelligent solutions for real-world applications. You will be responsible for driving AI-based projects from ideation to deployment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize generative AI models such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), and Transformer-based architectures (GPT, BERT, etc.).
• Work with large-scale datasets, including data collection, preprocessing, augmentation, and ensuring data quality for training generative models.
• Train generative models on custom datasets, fine-tune pre-trained models, and perform hyperparameter optimization to achieve high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI models into products and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP) technologies. Implement state-of-the-art techniques to solve complex problems.
• Evaluate model performance using metrics and benchmarks, and implement continuous improvements to enhance accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
• Work on deploying models into production environments, optimizing model inference, and ensuring smooth operation in cloud or on-premise infrastructures.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation of models, experiments, and processes for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with generative models such as GANs, VAEs, Diffusion Models, and Transformers (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5).
• Experience in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Proficiency in Python, with solid experience in machine learning libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn) and deep learning frameworks.
• Experience in natural language processing or computer vision applications, including text generation, image synthesis, or video generation.
• Ability to work with large datasets, data pipelines, and data preprocessing techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex model behavior.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working on machine learning and AI projects, with a focus on generative models.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Experience with large-scale model deployment in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning, semi-supervised learning, or unsupervised learning techniques.
• Experience in optimizing models for real-time inference and deployment in production environments.
• Contribution to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications.
