Overview:

We are looking for a talented Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. You will work closely with various departments to support decision-making, strategy development, and process improvements through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
• Create detailed reports and interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data by performing data validation and audits, resolving any data discrepancies.
• Apply statistical techniques to interpret data and produce actionable insights, such as trend analysis, forecasting, and hypothesis testing.
• Provide recommendations to enhance business processes and optimize performance based on data analysis.
• Assist in the automation of data reporting processes using SQL, Python, or other relevant tools to streamline workflows.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and support business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python).
• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of database systems and querying techniques.
• Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently to solve problems, using data to drive decision-making.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• 3+ years of professional experience in a data analysis or similar role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with machine learning or advanced analytics techniques.
• Familiarity with data warehouse solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.
• Experience working in a business intelligence or analytics function within a particular industry (e.g., finance, marketing, healthcare).
